Round 1: Slot Sets the Menu

Six backs go in the first ten picks: Gibbs (1.01), Bijan (1.02), McCaffrey (1.06), Taylor (1.07), Achane (1.10), and Cook (1.12). If you're picking top four, take the back — Gibbs or Bijan — and don't overthink it. Pick 5 through 8, the elite wideouts are the play: Chase, JSN, St. Brown, and Lamb all offer safer floors than the mid-first backs.

Rounds 2-3: The Real Roster Decisions

Rounds 8-10: Upside Over Names

Chase ceiling, not floor, from here. J.K. Dobbins (8.04) and RJ Harvey (8.11) have paths to real touches. Josh Downs (8.06) and Jayden Reed (8.09) are volume bets in good offenses. And Tucker Kraft at 9.05 is the tight end to target if you passed on the position early — he's been drafted 1,399 times, more than any TE in this range.

If you skipped RB early, Rounds 8-10 are where you rebuild the position through Dobbins, Harvey, and Jordan Mason — not Round 4 reaches.

Rounds 11-12: The Last Real Value
